Remote Revenue Operations Lead, AI Infrastructure

Description:

• Lead revenue operations at Prime Intellect, focusing on systems, processes, and customer coordination for AI deployments.
• Manage billing, forecasting, and customer relationships in a GPU compute and RL training infrastructure environment.

Requirements:

• 4–7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Operations in B2B infrastructure, cloud, or AI companies.
• Proficient with technical systems, including Grafana and compute utilization metrics.
• Experience with usage-based or consumption-based billing and pricing.
• High ownership and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customers.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation.
• Bonus: Experience in AI infrastructure, GPU economics, or as a first RevOps hire.
