Description:

Xsolla is seeking a Risk Data Analyst to join their antifraud team and contribute to the development of advanced payment security systems for the gaming industry.
The role involves analyzing payment traffic to identify trends, patterns, and potential fraud schemes.
Responsibilities include developing and automating algorithms for anomaly detection and fraud prevention.
The analyst will build analytical reports and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders.
Participation in designing, developing, and improving the company’s internal antifraud system is expected.
The position also requires optimizing and enhancing monitoring and incident response processes.
Collaboration with payment providers, partners, and internal teams is a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in fintech, e-commerce, or risk & fraud analytics.
A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field is required.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, diverse datasets is essential.
Strong data visualization and reporting skills are necessary for this position.
Candidates should demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies and risk assessment approaches.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is preferred.
English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher is required for professional communication.
