Requirements:
Essential requirements include strong experience as a Software Engineer with proficiency in OO/FP languages, preferably Java or Kotlin.
Candidates should have previous experience with Clean Code, SOLID principles, and an Agile mindset.
Experience with the Spring/SpringBoot ecosystem is required.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions are necessary.
Candidates must be able to understand business requirements and possess a positive, collaborative attitude with a growth mindset.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Desirable qualifications include previous experience in a startup or product company, familiarity with XP practices, AWS, Microservices, Kubernetes, and Messaging Queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
