Requirements:

• Essential qualifications include strong experience as a Software Engineer in OO/FP languages, preferably Java or Kotlin in the JVM.
• Previous experience with Clean Code, SOLID principles, and an Agile mindset is required.
• Familiarity with the Spring/SpringBoot ecosystem is necessary.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions are essential.
• The candidate must understand business requirements and possess a positive, collaborative attitude.
• A growth mindset and fluency in English, both written and spoken, are required.
• Desirable qualifications include experience in a startup or product company, working with XP practices, AWS Cloud Services, Microservices, Kubernetes, and Messaging Queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
