  • Backblaze is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team and support the growth of the organization.
  • The role involves implementing and maintaining customizations and integrations on the Salesforce platform.
  • Responsibilities include designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, testing, and deploying CRM solutions.
  • The developer will participate in design reviews and peer code reviews, and will be the go-to person for troubleshooting live issues.
  • Collaboration with business partners to understand processes and requirements is essential.
  • Hands-on development will include enhancing custom objects, developing VisualForce pages, APEX classes, and defining flows and SOQL.
  • The position requires following SDLC processes for development, testing, and deployment, as well as managing SFDC configurations and customizations.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of software development experience.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of development experience as a Java Developer is required.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Apex and Visualforce development experience, along with administration skills, is necessary.
  • Experience with Salesforce to third-party integration applications for 3+ years is required.
  • A deep understanding of declarative options available via native Salesforce functionality and tools is essential.
  • Candidates should have experience supporting SaaS/Web Services products.
  • General knowledge of business systems and processes is required.
  • Experience in Hubspot is considered a nice to have.
