Description:

Serve as the SAP Defense & Security Functional Lead and trusted advisor to client stakeholders and implementation teams.
Lead SAP Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops and facilitate business process transformation discussions.
Analyze current-state business processes and develop future-state SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Perform fit/gap assessments and recommend SAP standard capabilities and best practices.
Translate complex business requirements into SAP functional designs and implementation roadmaps.
Provide functional leadership across solution architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Support cross-functional integration across SAP business processes and modules.
Develop functional specifications, business process documentation, and solution design artifacts.
Support data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution efforts.
Provide mentorship and functional leadership to junior consultants and project team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of SAP ERP functional consulting experience.
5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience.
Experience as an SAP Functional Lead or Subject Matter Expert.
Experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations or ERP modernization initiatives.
Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end business processes and cross-module integration.
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required where mandated by government contracts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
