Remote SAP S/4HANA HR Mini Master (HRMM) System Architect

Description:

• Lead the design and implementation of the HR Mini Master (HRMM) solution within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Define solution architecture, ensure effective integration with surrounding systems, and support implementation and deployment.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with SAP HCM/HR and understanding of HR master data and organizational structures.
• Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM areas, particularly Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture and technical designs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
