Remote Security Engineer

Description:

• GXA is seeking a hands-on Security Engineer to support gShield security services, focusing on security engineering, incident response, and client security support.
• The role involves operating and improving the gShield security stack, serving as a Tier 3 escalation point for security incidents, and collaborating with various teams to enhance client security posture.

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong technical foundation in IT infrastructure and security, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with security platforms like Microsoft Defender, Huntress, and SIEM solutions.
• Ability to analyze security alerts, investigate incidents, and communicate effectively during high-impact situations.
