Remote Security Engineer

Description:

• Build incident.io's security function from the ground up, ensuring product security for top engineering teams.
• Work closely with product teams to design and implement secure systems from the start, focusing on application security.

Requirements:

• Experience in application security, cloud, or infrastructure (vulnerability research, penetration testing, etc.).
• Proficient in modern web stacks (React, Go, TypeScript, Postgres) and comfortable across different parts of the tech stack.
• Strong cloud security experience, ideally with GCP, focusing on risk reduction.
• Excellent communication skills, able to provide constructive feedback.
• Passionate about security, with a proactive approach to building processes from scratch.
