Remote Security & Infrastructure Engineer (Part-Time → Full-Time Potential)

Description:

• Sanguine is seeking a Security & Infrastructure Engineer to lead the buildout of cloud governance, InfoSec, and compliance foundations.
• This is a part-time role with the potential to transition into a full-time position as the company scales.
• The engineer will work directly with leadership to establish security guardrails that allow for rapid movement without compromising security.
• Responsibilities include managing cloud infrastructure across AWS and other hosted providers, centralizing secrets, tightening access controls, and preparing for security certifications such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• The role involves hands-on engineering work, particularly in infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines.
• The engineer will have the opportunity to define the InfoSec culture from the ground up while ensuring secure scaling of Introzy’s systems.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have strong experience with cloud infrastructure and hosted platforms, specifically AWS, Render, Vercel, V0, or equivalents.
• A deep understanding of InfoSec best practices and compliance frameworks is essential.
• Familiarity with IAM, secrets management, monitoring, and logging is required.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in early-stage, fast-moving environments.
• The ability to take on engineering tasks related to automation, CI/CD, and backend infrastructure alongside security responsibilities is necessary.
• Bonus points for direct experience guiding companies through SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance.
