Sanguine is seeking a Security & Infrastructure Engineer to lead the buildout of cloud governance, InfoSec, and compliance foundations.
This is a part-time role with the potential to transition into a full-time position as the company scales.
The engineer will work directly with leadership to establish security guardrails that allow for rapid movement without compromising security.
Responsibilities include managing cloud infrastructure across AWS and other hosted providers, centralizing secrets, tightening access controls, and preparing for security certifications such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
The role involves hands-on engineering work, particularly in infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines.
The engineer will have the opportunity to define the InfoSec culture from the ground up while ensuring secure scaling of Introzy’s systems.
Requirements:
Candidates must have strong experience with cloud infrastructure and hosted platforms, specifically AWS, Render, Vercel, V0, or equivalents.
A deep understanding of InfoSec best practices and compliance frameworks is essential.
Familiarity with IAM, secrets management, monitoring, and logging is required.
Candidates should be comfortable working in early-stage, fast-moving environments.
The ability to take on engineering tasks related to automation, CI/CD, and backend infrastructure alongside security responsibilities is necessary.
Bonus points for direct experience guiding companies through SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance.
