• EverAI is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Senior AI Character Creator to help shape the future of interactive AI characters.
• This is a hands-on role focused on training, testing, and refining AI-generated characters to ensure content remains fresh, engaging, and on-trend.
• The main mission includes training and testing various AI characters and their LoRas, ensuring their looks are consistent, creative, original, and engaging.
• Responsibilities include training new AI characters weekly, testing AI characters extensively, following trends to ensure content is unique and culturally relevant, and collaborating with AI engineers and developers.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience with Kohya ss, StableDiffusion, and ComfyUI, as well as various checkpoints and models for image generation, prompting, and LoRa training.
• A strong aptitude for character creation and face selection is essential, along with familiarity with popular trends and online communities.
• Comfort with repetitive training and testing is required, as well as a strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality character outputs.
• Soft skills include strong adherence to guidelines, receptiveness to feedback, ability to work within structured environments, and excellent communication and collaborative skills in English.
