Description:
- Senior AI Counsel responsible for privacy, AI governance, and security law at Proof.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and go-to-market teams to prioritize privacy in product development.
Requirements:
- J.D. and active membership in a U.S. state bar.
- 6+ years of legal experience focused on privacy and data protection, with knowledge of U.S. and GDPR privacy laws.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, excellent judgment, and communication abilities.
- Experience with biometric data, AI governance, and security frameworks.
