Description:

  • Play a central role in the chat team as a Senior AI Engineer.
  • Shape technical direction, system design, and maintain engineering quality.
  • Support junior developers through design guidance and code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 4–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with production systems.
  • Ability to create useful abstractions and maintain simplicity in designs.
  • Experience with API design, data modeling, and observability.
  • Hands-on experience building LLM or agentic applications.
  • Strong communication skills and mentoring experience.
