Description:

  • Drata is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale AI systems that enhance operational efficiency and support compliance workflows.
  • The role involves creating generalizable AI solutions, focusing on agentic AI, LLMs, and intelligent reasoning systems.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience; 2+ years in ML/AI engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python; TypeScript experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and RAG system design.
  • Proven experience with LLM-based applications in production.
  • Ability to decompose complex tasks and collaborate cross-functionally.
