Description:
- Join Kota's AI pod to build generative AI capabilities from the ground up.
- Collaborate with the AI Product Lead to design, build, and evaluate agent systems for better benefits data utilization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years on LLM or AI agent systems in production.
- Strong understanding of agent architecture, evaluation frameworks, and clear communication skills.
- Preferred experience in fintech, AWS, .NET, and early-stage environments.
