Remote Senior AI Engineer - LLM, RAG & Agent Systems

Description:

• Seeking a Senior AI Engineer to develop production-grade LLM applications, retrieval systems, intelligent agents, and natural-language interfaces over enterprise data.
• Role involves hands-on engineering with a focus on RAG, embeddings, vector search, agent architectures, and LLM evaluation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software or data engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with production LLM systems.
• Strong Python engineering skills.
• Deep understanding of RAG and retrieval architecture (chunking, embeddings, vector search, hybrid search, reranking).
• Experience building LLM agents or tool-calling systems with knowledge of permissions and validation.
• Strong understanding of LLM evaluation techniques.
• Experience with data platforms and enterprise data.
• Proven ability to transition systems from prototype to production.
