Description:

  • NetSpeek is an agentic control plane for enterprise physical infrastructure, focusing on AI agents' reasoning and execution across endpoints.
  • The Senior AI Engineer will own Lena's reasoning layer, including retrieval, grounding, evaluation, and the interface between AI suggestions and governed actions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of ML/applied AI engineering experience.
  • Experience building and shipping production LLM systems at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven ownership of a production RAG system end-to-end.
  • Experience with evaluation pipelines that detect regressions on every release.
  • Background in a growth-stage AI-native SaaS company where AI is the primary product.
