Description:

  • Rearc is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI-driven systems in enterprise environments.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML systems in production.
  • Strong understanding of AI system evaluation, including offline metrics and online monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and proficiency in Python.
  • Solid backend engineering skills, including API development and cloud-native environments.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
