The Senior AI Engineer will join a new Internal AI Engineering team to design and implement agentic workflows and productivity tools that enhance operational efficiency across various departments.

Requirements:

8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML systems or LLM applications.
Deep experience with LLM APIs and at least one agentic framework (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI).
Strong Python skills and experience in building production-grade backend services and APIs.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and deliver impactful AI/automation solutions.
Strong systems thinking and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
