Requirements:

  • Experience in designing and optimizing real-time speech-to-text pipelines (streaming ASR, VAD, audio processing).
  • Proficiency in improving transcription accuracy through context injection and developing LLM-powered post-processing.
  • Ability to build voice-to-action systems and evaluate ASR models for cost, latency, and accuracy.
  • Collaboration skills to work with product and platform teams on voice features across various platforms.
