Remote Senior AI/ML Engineer

• The role is for a Senior AI Engineer, Agent Orchestration, focusing on developing next-generation agentic systems that integrate Generative AI into the software delivery lifecycle.
• This hybrid role combines full-stack engineering (Kotlin + TypeScript) with LLM systems design to enhance developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Responsibilities include architecting and delivering GenAI-integrated systems, operationalizing LLMs, developing multi-agent orchestration patterns, embedding GenAI-driven workflows, extending CI/CD systems, instrumenting systems with observability tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating cutting-edge GenAI frameworks.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience designing and building distributed back-end services in Kotlin (or Java) and modern TypeScript-based front-ends (React/Next.js).
• The ability to ship robust, production-grade Python code is required, including design, performance tuning, and deployment.
• A proven track record of shipping LLM/GenAI features to production is necessary, with experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, latency optimization, evaluation, and safety alignment.
• Deep fluency with modern software delivery practices, including test strategy and observability, is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in adopting automated testing strategies (TDD/BDD) and CI/CD best practices is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to synthesize complex trade-offs for technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
