Xenon7 is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with 6–10 years of experience for a remote position based in Hyderabad.
The company collaborates with leading enterprises and innovative startups on cutting-edge projects in various IT domains, including Data, Web, Infrastructure, and AI.
The role involves building enterprise agentic AI solutions from end-to-end.
Responsibilities include owning solution architecture, estimation, and delivery planning.
The engineer will act as a senior consultant in Agile/SCRUM projects, ensuring alignment with client needs.
The position requires guiding and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers to ensure enterprise-grade delivery.
The engineer will drive client communication, technical validation, and stakeholder confidence.
Ensuring responsible AI practices, monitoring, and compliance is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong programming skills in Python, NumPy/Pandas, and SQL.
Proficiency in ML/DL frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow is required.
Experience with MLOps tools, including Docker and CI/CD pipelines, is necessary.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is essential.
Knowledge of AI application essentials, including RAG with embeddings/vector databases, model serving/APIs, NLP/Transformers, evaluation/monitoring, and responsible AI practices is required.
