Description:
- Own and evolve Epic's native Android app for kids on phones, tablets, and Chromebooks.
- Collaborate with Android, iOS, backend, and web engineers to enhance the reading experience.
Requirements:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in building and shipping native Android apps.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and familiarity with Java.
- Deep understanding of Android View system, Fragments, and custom Views.
- Experience with reactive programming (RxJava 2, Kotlin coroutines) and dependency injection.
- Knowledge of Google Play Billing, Gradle, CI, and app release processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
