Description:
- We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Android Developer to join our R&D team in Boulogne-Billancourt.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative applications for our IoT products.
- The position is full-time with 2 remote days per week.
- The team consists of 16 highly skilled Android engineers working across two sites in Boulogne and Lyon, closely collaborating with developers in Italy and Spain.
- The team is involved in developing 8 applications and new products and features every year, utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver innovative IoT solutions.
- Responsibilities include architecting and implementing new features and applications using Kotlin and Compose, maintaining existing applications, collaborating with embedded, backend, and design teams, advocating for user-centric design, ensuring code quality, developing secure applications, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Requirements:
- You must have a Master’s degree in Engineering.
- You should have 5 to 7 years of experience in App development.
- A strong expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose is required; experience with Java and C is a plus.
- You need to be passionate about software development and eager to create and deliver final products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges effectively are essential.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams are necessary.
- Good conception skills and a rigorous approach to code quality are expected.
- You should be flexible, able to work autonomously, and possess a strong team spirit.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive user interfaces are advantageous.
