• As a Senior App Platform Engineer, you will design, plan, and develop the technical platform architecture for a Flutter-based app, focusing on iOS-specific infrastructure and system integration.

• The role involves shaping the platform infrastructure from system architecture to CI/CD pipelines, ensuring a robust, maintainable, and extensible technical foundation through your expertise in Flutter and iOS.
• You will develop and optimize core libraries, build systems, and cross-platform services that serve as the foundation for all feature teams.
• Collaboration with platform architects, DevOps engineers, and feature teams is essential to define technical standards and support the integration of complex platform features.
• You will evaluate technical debts, plan migration strategies, and assess the impact of platform changes on the overall app architecture while balancing technical innovation and system stability.
• Staying updated with Flutter framework updates, iOS SDK changes, and new platform capabilities is crucial as you proactively drive the evolution of the technical platform.

Requirements:

• You must have at least 2 years of experience in Flutter development and solid knowledge of Dart, Swift, and iOS platform architecture.
• Proficiency in developing Flutter plugins, platform channels, and integrating native iOS functionalities into Flutter applications is required.
• Extensive experience with build tools, dependency management, code generation, and optimizing build processes for large Flutter projects is necessary.
• A deep understanding of iOS system APIs, app lifecycle management, and platform-specific security concepts is essential.
• Strong communication skills and technical leadership abilities are needed to serve as a valuable link between different teams.
• You should enjoy defining technical platform standards and empowering other teams through guidelines, documentation, and technical workshops.
• Proactive responsibility for platform stability and performance while aligning technical requirements with business goals is expected.
• Familiarity with agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with DevOps practices are required.
• Good proficiency in both German and English is necessary.
