Remote Senior Back End Developer (C#)

Description:

• Join Access Softek as a Senior Back End Developer (C#) in the Banking Platform Team.
• Build and maintain core services for an award-winning online banking platform used by 400+ financial institutions.
• Lead complex feature delivery and drive monolith-to-microservices migration.
• Work with C# .NET Core, .NET Framework 4.8, MS SQL Server, RabbitMQ, and REST.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and front-end developers in a distributed team.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding and documentation.
• Required overlap with 2 AM–10 AM PST/PDT.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in building web apps/backend APIs in C#.
• Proven experience in making architectural decisions and owning technical trade-offs.
• Strong understanding of OOD principles and classic design patterns.
• Experience with microservices architecture and modernizing legacy systems.
• Proficient in data modeling, MS SQL, and data access optimization.
• Experience with API design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with unit & integration testing (NUnit/xUnit, FluentAssertions, Moq).
• Strong CI/CD and Git-based workflow experience.
• Understanding of web security fundamentals and secure coding practices.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily engineering work.
• Good communication skills with Intermediate+ English proficiency.
