Description:

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 4+ years of backend development experience and 3+ years in a senior engineering role.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience mentoring and coaching less experienced engineers is required.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and building CI/CD pipelines is essential.
  • Applicants should have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and with high quality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary, along with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Candidates must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
