Requirements:

• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to drive business impact and align with the company's mission.
• Strong communication skills are required to discuss details and the bigger picture.
• A solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, system design, and distributed systems, is necessary.
• Applicants should have 5+ years of software development experience and be productive, resourceful, and effective at problem-solving.
• Experience in evolving a startup’s architecture to support mid-size company growth is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS is required.
• Interest in financial products and/or cryptocurrency is a plus.
• Candidates must be able to work effectively in a remote setting and overlap with core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT.

Benefits:

• The starting salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $210,000, depending on skills, education, and experience.
