The Senior Backend Engineer will be part of the Corti Co-Pilot team, developing software that assists the medical community.
Responsibilities include owning the technical development of a key product, hands-on development of innovative solutions, collaborating with product and platform teams, conducting design and code reviews, facilitating technical communication, and mentoring developers.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a backend developer is required.
Mastery of the Golang programming language is essential.
Candidates should have experience in ideating and implementing features with high complexity.
Hands-on experience with cloud computing architecture and development is necessary.
Deep experience with software and product development processes is required, including knowledge of potential problems and proactive solutions.
Experience in running, monitoring, and operating REST, WebSockets, and GraphQL APIs is needed.
Candidates should understand how to make APIs more public and accessible.
Experience with containers and orchestration tools is required.
A passion for writing clean and efficient code is essential.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in all-remote communication, are necessary.

The position is full-time and starts as soon as possible.
Employees will work in a hybrid environment.
Equipment will be provided by Corti.
The role includes reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager and being part of a fun, autonomous, and team-oriented culture.
