Description:
- Join Polymarket as a Senior Backend Engineer in the Onchain Execution team, focusing on systems that connect the product to blockchain.
- Work on high-performance backend systems, including relayers, transaction pipelines, and settlement logic for trading outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong coding fundamentals: clean code, solid database design (PostgreSQL), and well-structured APIs.
- Deep understanding of EVM networks, including transaction lifecycle and smart contract interactions.
- Proficiency in systems-level languages, preferably Golang; Rust or C++ also valued.
- Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure such as RPC nodes and relayer architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for high-stakes technical challenges.
- (Plus) Experience with relayer systems, Ethereum rollup technologies, BFT consensus engines, or open-source contributions in blockchain.
