Description:
- Join Apaleo as a Senior Backend Engineer to shape the future of hospitality tech.
- Work on the Platform team, focusing on infrastructure, developer experience, and security.
- Take ownership of substantial initiatives from analysis to completion with autonomy.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend development experience with a track record of significant technical ownership.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure, reliability, or performance in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).
- Strong engineering fundamentals and experience designing and scaling distributed systems.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Docker, Terraform) and writing unit/integration tests.
- Fluent in English and able to discuss a relevant project in depth.
