• As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain the platform’s core infrastructure, focusing on innovation, performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and scaling high-performance backend systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python for backend development, automation, and data processing.
• Experience with API development, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Understanding of system performance optimization, security best practices, and regulatory compliance (AML, KYC, data privacy).
• Experience with data pipelines, analytics integrations, and geolocation-based access controls.
• Experience mentoring engineers and sharing best practices.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with incident management and monitoring systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
