Description:

Seeking a Senior BI Analyst to lead data science initiatives, focusing on Workers’ Compensation business intelligence.
Responsible for creating and maintaining reports, analytics, and dashboards in Power BI, utilizing data from Snowflake.

Requirements:

5-7 years of BI and data analysis experience, with P&C Insurance domain experience required; Workers’ Compensation preferred.
Expert-level skills in SQL, Power BI, and advanced analytics tools; advanced programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver impactful business insights; leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field preferred.
