Remote Senior BI & Data Integration Lead

Description:

• Seeking a Senior BI & Data Integration Lead for a consulting team serving SMB clients.
• Role involves Power BI development, data integration, automation, and business analysis.
• Initial independent work followed by structuring workflows and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

• Expert-level Power BI Desktop experience, including advanced data modeling and DAX.
• Advanced SQL skills, preferably with PostgreSQL and/or T-SQL.
• Intermediate Python/pandas experience for ETL and data transformation.
• Strong written English communication skills for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple data projects.
• Experience with automation tools and workflows; Make experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to define and validate KPIs and business metrics.
