Nomos is a new blockchain designed with decentralisation, censorship resistance, permissionless-ness, and privacy at its core, serving as the trustless agreements layer of the Logos stack.
The Senior Blockchain Systems Engineer will join the Nimbus team and work closely with Nomos, providing feedback on specifications and contributing to architectural design and foundational decision-making.
Responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of Nimbus and Nomos, consuming specifications from Nomos, collaborating with the Nimbus team on complex challenges, and participating in shaping the initial architecture and design principles.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its underlying principles.
A senior-level experience in the blockchain industry is required, with a proven background in technical systems analysis and design.
A technical background as a Software Engineer or similar is necessary, along with expertise in documentation, specification review, and architectural prototyping.
Proactive and communicative individuals who can make things happen easily are preferred.
A commitment to privacy-focused, decentralised protocols and applications is essential.
Candidates should be able to work in early-stage, undefined environments where foundational contributions are critical.
Bonus points for experience in an open-source organisation or familiarity with the Nimbus Client or privacy-focused projects.
