Remote Senior Business and Data Analyst

Description:

• Support BCBS239-compliant data governance, documentation, and regulatory reporting initiatives related to securitisation.
• Document end-to-end data lineage and governance processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test automation activities.
• Analyze and map business requirements to data and reporting solutions.
• Review and validate data requirements for completeness and alignment with business needs.
• Provide support for data products, resolving data-related issues and enhancing usability.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Product Owners, Business Intelligence, and IT teams for accurate source-to-target mappings.
• Implement and monitor data quality controls to improve accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of banking and regulatory reporting (COREP, ESMA securitisation reporting).
• Strong understanding of securitisation reporting structures.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with DWVault and BDS queries.
• Experience in source-to-target data mapping, data quality testing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Skills in data governance, lineage documentation, and business process documentation (BPMN 2.0).
• Ability to create and maintain data dictionaries, glossary management, and lineage diagrams.
• Experience in business requirements analysis, UAT planning, execution, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fluent in English (spoken and written).
