• The role involves Implementation and Operation for Cloud Infrastructure.
• Responsibilities include implementing and/or maintaining cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud for Xtremax customers.
• The position requires providing support related to customer issues with the Cloud Infrastructure.
• The candidate will work closely with IT security to monitor privacy and develop incident-response procedures.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with AWS services and architecture is necessary.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, including direct interaction with clients to gather requirements, clarify expectations, present solutions, and address feedback effectively is essential.
• Proven experience in writing infrastructure code using Terraform is required.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering practices and incident management is necessary.
• The candidate must have experience building and managing both Windows and Linux servers in cloud environments.
• Managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments is a requirement.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell are necessary.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, such as Git, is required.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
