Description:
- Provide architectural leadership for the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection's enterprise CRM platform, ensuring alignment with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform standards.
- Collaborate with development staff, business analysts, and senior Technology leadership to define solution architecture and guide integration patterns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 24 credits in computer science and 2 years of relevant software experience, or a high school diploma with 6 years of experience, including 1 year in a project leader capacity.
- Experience in designing, programming, debugging, and maintaining software applications, with a focus on complex projects.
