Description:

  • Senior Customer Solutions Engineer responsible for deployment execution and technical account ownership for Armada customers in the ME region.
  • Combines hands-on deployment with long-term customer relationship management, ensuring speed to production and customer success.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or technical account roles.
  • Deep technical expertise in Linux, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU-accelerated compute.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments and experience in regulated settings.
  • Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia and the ME region.
