Remote Senior Cybersecurity Engineer IAM

Description:

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and operating identity and access management (IAM) controls across the Pismo platform.
• Ensures compliance with Pismo Visa Corporate Identity & Access Technical Security Requirements.
• Operates at platform and architecture level in multicloud and hybrid environments.
• Focuses on building secure, automated, and auditable access models for human and non-human identities.
• Partners with Cloud Security, Platform Engineering, API, DevSecOps, and GRC teams to embed IAM practices.
• Provides security and governance oversight for AI-enabled identity use cases.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with specialization in IAM.
• Proven experience influencing IAM architecture and governance decisions.
• Strong hands-on experience in multicloud IAM architecture, including AWS.
• Ability to design scalable permission models and IAM automation.
• Proficient in coding/scripting (Python or equivalent) and using APIs/SDKs.
• Experience in designing and governing privileged access across cloud platforms.
