Description:

  • Lead and manage the threat hunting program, including campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Conduct threat research and identify detection gaps to enhance security monitoring.
  • Analyze security telemetry to identify advanced threats.
  • Develop and enhance threat detection use cases and engineering frameworks.
  • Design and maintain threat hunting workflows and integrations.
  • Support incident response investigations and validation of detection capabilities.
  • Collaborate with various teams and external partners.
  • Prepare reports and briefings for senior management.
  • Mentor junior threat hunters and promote detection practices.
  • Continuously improve detection coverage based on lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Cybersecurity.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Threat Hunting in a SOC/CSOC environment.
  • Experience in operationalizing threat intelligence for proactive hunting.
  • Proven ability to develop detection coverage aligned with CSOC needs.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenTIDE or similar platforms.
  • Strong experience with SIEM platforms, especially Splunk Enterprise Security.
  • Practical experience with EDR solutions.
  • Ability to produce clear and actionable reporting for diverse audiences.
  • Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
