Description:

Lead collaborative efforts supporting clients’ Azure Data platform, Databricks, and/or Fabric / PowerBI environments.
Manage and delegate all aspects of assigned client’s in-scope services including ETL, Data Warehousing, Reporting, and AI/MLops.
Architect and enhance clients’ Microsoft Azure and Fabric tool stacks for Data & AI.
Advise customers on licensing for Microsoft data and AI solutions.
Support comprehensive solutions for data importing, transformation, and storage.
Research and implement new data engineering and analytics solutions.
Interact with clients to troubleshoot issues and communicate ticket statuses.
Attend client meetings as lead engineer for technical questions.
Communicate technical issues in business terms to support strategic outcomes.
Configure and develop client’s data environment based on best practices.
Maintain documentation for each client’s environment.
Promote best practices internally and for clients.
Mentor onshore and offshore engineers and coordinate technical sessions.
Collaborate with team members and clients to align solutions with needs.
Advise clients on their technical journey while mentoring engineers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent certification.
Experience in a support role with understanding of standard support processes (ITIL).
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and Fabric tool stacks for Data & AI.
Strong proficiency in Enterprise Data Warehousing, Semantic Models, and ETL processes.
Experience with DevOps/DataOps and automated deployment pipelines.
Preferred experience with Agentic AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for problem solving and learning new technologies.
Client relationship skills and vendor management experience.
