Description:

  • Kafene is a fintech company revolutionizing the lease-to-own space with AI and machine learning.
  • Seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support Revenue organization, focusing on Business Development and Account Management analytics.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data or analytics roles supporting revenue or sales teams.
  • Strong SQL and proficiency in BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous data environments and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms and exposure to fintech or consumer finance.
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, or related field preferred.
