Description:

Responsible for day-to-day tasks in revenue cycle data analytics projects.
Utilize technical and interpersonal skills to assist internal and external clients.
Provide high-quality analysis and process improvement solutions to enhance clients' revenue cycle.
Collaborate with all levels of client management to ensure accurate and insightful data quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field (MBA, MHA, MPH is a plus).
Strong proficiency in SQL, including advanced techniques for large datasets.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Snowflake.
Experience with data visualization tools; Sigma/Power BI is a plus.
Relevant revenue cycle experience is a plus.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required.
2+ years of experience in professional services and/or consulting.
Strong financial, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Experience in process assessment and workflow design.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
Experience in system analysis, design, building, testing, and implementation is preferred.
