Remote Senior Data Analyst

Description:

• Lodgify is a fast-growing scale-up company leading the vacation rental industry, backed by $30M in funding.

• The Senior Data Analyst will join the Data Team and work closely with the Product department.
• This role involves transforming complex data into actionable insights to support product optimization, focusing on funnel optimization across all product areas.
• Responsibilities include owning end-to-end funnel analysis, analyzing user journeys, partnering with Product teams, defining customer value metrics, creating dashboards, designing A/B tests, and developing data models.
• The analyst will communicate findings to stakeholders and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or Product analytics environment.
• Proven experience in funnel analysis and optimization with a track record of improving conversion rates is required.
• Strong A/B testing expertise is necessary, including the ability to design experiments and analyze statistical significance.
• Candidates should possess strong business acumen and project management skills, with the ability to connect analysis to objectives and execute autonomously.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency is required, including window functions and query optimization, with experience in BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for translating data insights into business recommendations.
• Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling is required.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Metabase) with a strong understanding of visualization best practices is necessary.
