Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI systems.
Experience with real-world customer interaction data (chat, tickets, email, call transcripts, voice data).
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve AI behavior issues.
Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and debugging.
Ability to use BI tools like Tableau or Power BI for performance analysis.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working with enterprise customers and translating requirements into AI solutions.
