Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with raw data manipulation.
• Experience with complex healthcare data and large datasets in a data lake environment.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT methodologies and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with data quality management and testing frameworks.
