Remote Senior Data Analyst, Performance Guarantees

Description:

• Manage and execute analytics for Included Health’s performance guarantees (PGs) across strategic accounts.
• Focus on recovery analytics, building data pipelines, and creating Looker dashboards for specialized metrics.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify revenue exposures and provide insights for financial forecasting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Public Health, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Looker or similar BI tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to clients.
• Proven track record in managing financial or performance risks and developing cross-functional relationships.
• Working knowledge of healthcare data concepts and financial principles.
