Remote Senior Data Architect

Description:

• Own the end-to-end data architecture for the Training Environment, including dataset design for ML training pipelines.
• Define data selection and sampling strategies to optimize training data quality.
• Build and maintain a data catalog for dataset discovery across teams.
• Establish annotation pipeline architecture for data labeling requirements.
• Architect a closed-loop data flywheel for continuous model improvement.
• Maintain data pipelines and infrastructure using Snowflake, AWS S3, and ETL/ELT tools.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in data architecture or data engineering with ML/AI model development experience.
• Strong understanding of ML training data quality and diversity requirements.
• Proficiency in data modeling, schema design, and data pipeline architecture.
• Experience with Snowflake, AWS S3, and ETL/ELT orchestration tools.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data pipeline development.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field; experience with conversational AI data is a plus.
