Remote Senior Data Engineer / Analyst

Description:

• Build the data foundation to support growth initiatives at NewtonX.
• Design data pipelines and ensure data quality for marketing, product, and operational data.
• Partner with Product to analyze A/B tests and implement instrumentation for experiments.
• Own reporting, attribution models, and campaign analysis, creating dashboards for insights.
• Support integration of AI-driven data models for enhanced targeting and segmentation.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Growth Data roles (startup/marketplace experience preferred).
• Strong skills in SQL, dbt, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Looker, and Mixpanel (or Amplitude/Tableau).
• Deep understanding of funnel metrics, growth experimentation, and marketing attribution.
• Ability to translate cross-functional questions into actionable data deliverables.
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML workflows, A/B testing tools, Airflow, and paid channel attribution.
